Join us for a relaxing afternoon of herbal self-care. I will guide you through nourishing herbal rituals designed to relax our whole being and reconnect you with the healing intelligence of plants. Together, we will move through a gentle sequence of herbal practices you can return to at home, building a deeper connection to the plant world.
As we explore each ritual, you'll learn about the herbs we are working with, why they are chosen, how they support the skin, and how to listen to what your body is asking for.
All of the herbs we are using are grown beyond organically at Ancient Herbals Farm, and also ethically & sustainably wild harvested from private, carefully stewarded land in our bioregion.
