Do you offer consultations or personalized recommendations?

Yes!! As I grow and expand, I am deeply committed to working as a community herbalist, helping to create custom personalized formulations for individuals. This is particularly helpful, as herbs don't work on the symptom they work on the whole person. Whole Plants for Whole Humans!!  If there is not yet a link for a personal consultation (Website is being updated) Please contact me through email or website message to connect and we can go from there!  
For a proper understanding of herbs and formulations needed for the client I will have an intake form for you to fill out. If its a simple request for a certain tea blend, I am happy to do those also!! Please reach out to me to set up your own custom blend, or consultation.

Where do you source your herbs

95% of the herbs we use are either naturally grown on our farm or ethically wild harvested from our bioregion. We hand harvest all of our herbs, insuring freshness. The few herbs we have to outsource are grown on US small herb farms. We never use pesticides or herbicides. Our farming practices enrich our soil, and there for, the environment around us. The garden is a haven for local bees, butterflies, and lightning bugs. 
	Following the honorable harvest when wildcrafting, we make sure to only take what we need, and only in a way that ensures future thriving of the plant species. We are lucky enough to have access to some private lands that have never been industrially farmed and provide beautiful woods and prairies to harvest native flora. 
	Growing and wild crafting nearly ALL of our herbs is a core value of Ancient Herbals. We believe that potent and effective plant medicine starts with healthy, fresh, well-loved herbs. Seeing the process through from seed to bottle infuses our remedies with the freshest plants. Plus, the joy of communing with all our plant friends is a way of life we hope to share with you.

Are your products organic

While we are not certified Organic, we use beyond organic practices. No chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides are ever used on our land or in our products. We believe in bringing you the cleanest herbal creations free from parabens, synthetic fragrances,   artificial dyes, petroleum-based ingredients, sulfates, phthalates, or microplastics. ALL of the ingredients we use in formulating (ie;  oils, butters, preservatives) are organic and sourced as locally as possible.

How should I store your products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For hydrosols, refrigeration can extend freshness, especially during summer months. Never leave them in your hot car!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our small batch, handmade products, we cannot accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there is a concern with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
